Feel healthier and happier with Talking Therapies Plus
Wolverhampton Talking Therapies Plus is a free and confidential service for individuals 18 and older who are registered with a local GP.
We provide support for mental health challenges like anxiety, stress, and depression. Our therapists are kind and understanding, and they never judge you.
We help you in the way that works best for you either by phone, video, email and face-to-face.
Talking Therapies Plus aims to support communities who may not have access to NHS counselling services such as minority ethnic groups; refugees and migrants; LGBTQ+ people; older adults; deaf and hearing impaired people; and men.
We take a flexible, creative and culturally appropriate approach to delivering Talking Therapies, for example, providing access to therapists with a range of language skills and matching clients to therapists with the same background if requested.
