We believe that women who benefit from our services are best placed to support us to improve our services and the impact these can have on other women.
Our Service beneficiaries play an active role in shaping and modifying all of our current service provision and in initiating new projects in order to bring sustainable change in the lives of women from all backgrounds and ages.
We have two-way consultation – regular verbal and written feedback is sought, questionnaires (pre and post service evaluation) are completed which form part of our ‘outcomes framework’ and ‘theory of change’.
Our volunteers, peer leaders and advisory group offer hands-on practical support in project planning, delivery and maintaining the quality of services.
